Silver Jewelry

Distinctive silver jewelry from The Rouse House is created by hand using PMC (Precious Metal Clay). This is a revolutionary material patented by Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan. Dust-like particles of pure gold or silver are suspended in an organic binder to create a material that can be worked like clay, then fired in a kiln to burn off the binder and fuse the metal. The result is a 100% pure metal object that can be finished and enjoyed like any other fine metal product. Mary often adds color to her uniquely textured pieces by adding enamels, gemstones and special patinas. Many of her necklaces, bracelets and earrings incorporate glass or gemstone beads. All findings are professional quality sterling silver.
Mary also creates Custom Designs for that special gift or special occasion. Please Contact Mary for additional information.
